THE COMPANY
We are working with a generative AI startup that has recently raised its next round of funding and is scaling like crazy. They have an unbelievable product market fit and are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager who can still get in the weeds a bit but can lead their whole team of Full Stack Engineers.
ROLE OVERVIEW – Senior Engineering Manager
In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Engineering while growing and leading a team of currently 6 FS Engineers. You will be involved in the architecture, code reviews, and maybe even a little development. Other responsibilities include:
- Leading a team developing scalable applications
- Working closely with executive leadership on vision
- Leading a team working
- Working on architecture, code reviews, and some FS development
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- BS/MS in Computer Science
- Experience leading full stack development
- Expertise with Typescript, Javascript, Node, React
- Must be experienced in the startup environment
THE BENEFITS
As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will earn up to $210,000 on the base plus equity. This role also includes health, dental, and vision care.
