We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Personal Shopper with a talent for closing phone sales and expertly managing client inquiries. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, converting phone inquiries into sales while triaging customer needs to provide tailored solutions. Your ability to deliver personalized, luxury experiences over the phone, combined with your expertise in fine jewelry and watches, will be key to building lasting client relationships and driving revenue growth at Brent Miller.

EXPECTATIONS Specific Tasks/Goals/Responsibilities
PHONE SALES CONCIERGE
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound sales-related inquiries, focusing on converting leads into successful sales over the phone with a sense of urgency to meet client needs quickly and effectively.
- Expertly triage customer needs, responding promptly and directing inquiries to the appropriate channels to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a detailed sales lead tracker, ensuring timely follow-up and maximizing conversion opportunities with a proactive approach.
- Manage and fulfill Shopify orders with accuracy and efficiency, prioritizing swift processing from inquiry to delivery.
- Provide additional support on the sales floor as needed, extending your concierge-level service with urgency to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for all clients.
DIGITAL LEADS FOLLOW UP
- Oversee and manage responses to inquiries from social media and the company’s general inbox, ensuring rapid follow-up and effective triaging of customer needs to maintain momentum in sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute a best-in-class social media strategy that aligns with Brent Miller’s brand story, emphasizing prompt and engaging interactions to increase reach and drive conversions.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms with a sense of urgency, ensuring timely posts that align with current trends and vendor guidelines.
- Monitor social media platforms, responding quickly to messages and comments to foster engagement and strengthen the online community.
JEWELRY PROFESSIONAL
- Serve as a primary sales representative for clients, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service with a focus on promptness and efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Brent Miller’s luxury jewelry and watch collections to guide clients in their purchase decisions with urgency, ensuring a swift and informed shopping experience.
- Be accurate in all administrative tasks, ensuring precise and timely data entry in the point of sale system and maintaining up-to-date client records.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by participating in opening and closing procedures with urgency, ensuring a smooth and efficient start and end to each day.
TEAM TRAINING & EVENT SUPPORT
- Participate in vendor-hosted and internal training sessions with a commitment to quickly applying new knowledge to enhance your effectiveness in the role.
- Assist in the setup and preparation for store events with a focus on efficiency and timeliness, ensuring a polished and professional presentation.
- As required, engage in charity and community outreach events with a proactive approach, representing Brent Miller and building strong community ties with urgency and enthusiasm.
- Complete all required online and trade courses with a sense of urgency, continually improving product knowledge and customer service skills to better serve our clients.

REQUIRED
- 1+ Years of retail sales experience in a related field or service industry
