Vallum Associates is working with Commercial & Industrial Solar Developer/Owner/Operator that operates across 30 states in the US, employing a 100 strong workforce. With continued sustainable growth and development they have an exciting new opportunity for a Structured Finance Analyst to join their Investment team in Stamford, CT.
Reporting into the Head of Investment/Structured Finance you will:
- Structure and execute tax equity and debt transactions to fund future investments
- Negotiate transactions relative to credit agreements and tax equity partnerships
- Support on matters such as due diligence, ratings, legal etc to drive financing deal closings
- Interface with investors and lenders
- Develop and maintain financial models associated with structured finance transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams including but not limited to Project Development, Construction, Legal, Operations etc
In terms of requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Structured Finance
- Preference for Renewable Energy related project experience (not essential but preferred)
- Strong Financial Modeling experience
- Good rapport building/relationship skills to navigate amongst multiple departments
- Fulltime in the office (Stamford, CT)
Salary is between $95k to $115k plus benefits.
