Skills, Education, and Experience:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees are advantageous.
- CAD Proficiency: Expertise in CAD software, with a preference for CREO, and skilled in creating 2D drawings with GD&T.
- Manufacturability Design: Strong background in design for manufacturability, with additional experience in designing injection-molded components preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in mechatronics and knowledge of simulation software are highly desirable.
