Essential Functions
- Develop long-range transmission plans and update planning processes in line with industry standards.
- Conduct engineering analyses and feasibility studies for future transmission projects and interconnection requests.
- Maintain expertise in power flow and stability applications, and provide guidance to junior engineers.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on electrical engineering and power systems.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in transmission systems planning.
- Experience with power flow programs (PowerWorld preferred not required)
*This is a hybrid role with at least 2 days a week in office!
