We have a very intriguing professional Senior Project Manager career opportunity to join one of our high-growth, entrepreneurial Commercial Construction clients in the Research Triangle market (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Preparing Proposals, Estimating Cost, Value Engineering, Subcontractor/Vendor Relations/Solicitation; and, developing and adhering to a Construction Schedule and Budget.
In addition to a thorough understanding of Commercial Construction industry practices and standards, must possess high level of professionalism and a willingness to consistently demonstrate company policy of courtesy and superior customer service.
Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen are a must.
5-8+ years of work experience in project management and/or development and/or implementation of Design-Build Commercial Construction.
College degree preferred.
