Business Operations Manager
You will be responsible for developing processes, procedures and tools with respect to maintaining the go-to-market (GTM) activities as well as general operational needs and initiatives. It is a multi-faceted role reporting into the Senior Manager, Business Operations for the DOCKERS brand.
What You'll Do
- Maintain the Dockers Global go-to-market (GTM) seasonal calendars. Lead planning and booking of key GTM milestone meetings & events
- Develop and implement processes and procedures in partnership with cross-functional collaborators. Assess risks & opportunities and be able to communicate the plans to Senior Manager
- Establish communication, such as recaps or documentation, to clearly outline steps and capture follow-ups to hold teams accountable
- Build and deliver standardized tools that enable the Merchandising and Design teams to execute with clarity and consistency.
- Understand core processes and help streamline operations to increase team efficiency
- Assist with new systems implementation and maintenance
- Lead issue resolution and drive alignment among cross functional stakeholders regarding key opportunities to improve operational excellence within the organization.
What You Need to Succeed
- 5+ years experience within the apparel industry & specific working knowledge of apparel development process.
- Strong digital skills, from MS Office to online collaboration tools (Miro, AirTable, etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes. Gleans insights from data and translates them into actions.
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, complex, and multifaceted environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities
- Biased to action; driving decisions and deliverables with a sense of urgency and accountability
- Innovative; thinking creatively to solve problems and address business needs
