Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for the business support roles (non-Game Presenter) at Evolution in the US. This position will be a point-of-contact for hiring managers and will implement effective talent acquisition plans to select top talent for open positions.
Responsibilities
- Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via the various mediums we use
- To liaise with assigned hiring managers within the company to reach talent acquisition goals
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders involved in the hiring process
- Fill assigned positions within specified timeframes as set forth by manager
- Carry out all tasks within the talent acquisition process
- Tracking and using key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires
- Screening of incoming CV’s from different sources
- Setting up and attending recruitment meetings and interviews
- Coordinating onboarding activities as needed for internal transfers and newcomers
- Updating the internal systems
- To take responsibility to suggest and then implement any ideas or improvements specifics for the recruitment team
- To push forward attraction and talent selection concepts
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines to assist in succession planning efforts
- Take responsibility to finish duties, be it in or outside of working hours
- Maintain the company’s employer brand, participate in job fairs, and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.
Qualification Requirements and Competences
- Excellent English language proficiency
- 2 to 4 years of full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
- Experience working with senior management roles
- Very good understanding and use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Experience using social media and other techniques for recruitment and business development
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
