Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is currently seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join our Business Department.
Candidates with the below experience and credentials are encouraged to apply:
- 4-6 years of experience working on mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, joint ventures, and similar transactions;
- Success taking on a senior role in running a deal, including drafting primary transaction agreements, negotiating with opposing counsel, and supervising junior associates;
- Experience advising public and/or private companies on securities law matters, including capital-raising transactions and compliance, is a plus;
- A law degree and active bar admission are required.
