Job Overview: As the Construction Safety Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of safety on our construction sites. Your primary focus will be to ensure that safety protocols are followed, risks are mitigated, and compliance with regulatory standards is maintained. You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in safety management and compliance.
- Education: A degree in Safety Management, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Certifications: OSHA certifications are preferred. Additional certifications or training in safety management are a plus.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and influence a diverse workforce. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
