Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/Visual Design Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI design, with a specific focus on visual aesthetics and functionality. This role requires a proven track record in managing design teams, particularly in eCommerce environments, and experience with kiosks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Develop and execute visual design strategies for eCommerce platforms and kiosks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business goals.
- Oversee design projects from conception to execution, ensuring high-quality visual outcomes.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of design trends and technologies.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in UI/Visual Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Previous managerial experience, ideally at a Lead or Manager level in a design-focused role.
- Extensive experience in eCommerce design, preferably within an agency or consulting setting.
- Familiarity with designing interfaces for kiosks.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Salesforce experience is a plus!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/Visual Design, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
