About the Opportunity:
Oakleaf Partnership is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for an experienced HRIS Manager to join a prestigious law firm in New York City. The Role:
As the HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the firm's HRIS platform (UltiPro) and other HR-related systems. Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Human Resources, you'll play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, facilitating user training, delivering HR data reporting, and providing outstanding service to internal stakeholders. In addition, this role will have large part in the design of the HR technology roadmap and lead on future implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Integrity & System Management: Ensure data integrity across HRIS and related systems, managing data entry and system operations with precision.
- Reporting & Analytics: Lead the development and management of HR data analytics and reporting, optimizing systems to minimize manual processes.
- System & Process Improvements: Analyze workflows, design and implement system enhancements, and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and security.
- User Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training for new users, develop user documentation, and support ongoing system use.
- Project Management: Collaborate on HR and firm-wide technical projects, manage HR-related vendor relationships, and support key HR initiatives, including compensation reviews.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of HRIS.
About You:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
- You have 5-8 years of relevant experience, with advanced knowledge of UltiPro or similar enterprise HRIS systems.
- You are proficient in viGlobal and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Cognos, Crystal Reports) and possess strong SQL knowledge.
- You bring strong project management skills, and you're adept at synthesizing complex data and presenting it effectively using MS Office tools.
- You have experience in the legal industry or professional services, which is highly preferred.
- You possess excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
