Manager in Training:
Pinnacle Partners has partnered with a company in Indianapolis, IN in search of a Manager in Training. This position offers a managerial training program to allow candidates to prosper and grow within the company. Retail or restaurant experience is preferred. Additional information on the position is below:
Responsibilities:
- Provide energy and positivity throughout the day.
- Become well-versed in all areas of the business, performing daily duties as needed.
- Greet customers with friendliness and assist them with needs.
- Help with any issues that arise with both equipment and customers.
- Ensure employees are performing job functions to the best of their ability.
- Assist the managers with tasks as needed.
- Ensure production runs smoothly from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work some late shifts and weekend shifts.
- The ability to be a team player and help out where needed.
Hours:
- Early, mid, and late shifts with hours ranging from 5:30 AM-9:30 PM
- Weekend work is required every other weekend.
Pay:
- $50,000-$60,000/year depending on experience.
- You must have General Management experience to be considered for the $60K range.
