Oversees the execution of large-scale, high-complexity capital construction projects. Coordinates team efforts, which include defining work scope, developing schedules, cost estimation, and engineering. Manages budget, implements change control, and ensures proper completion of close-out procedures.
Main Responsibilities
- Develops project scope and leads a team to provide schedules, cost estimates, and engineering specs for capital projects. Ensures completion from installation to project closeout.
- Manages project costs and procurement, coordinating bids, supplier selections, and evaluations while aligning contracting strategies with labor needs.
- Ensures timely work completion within the approved budget.
- Communicates project status to stakeholders, including project direction and expectations.
- Assesses risks and implements solutions to mitigate project risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree AND 7+ years experience managing relevant projects OR 10+ years without degree
- PMP Preferred
