Job Description:
The Strategic Initiative team solves challenging and complex operational problems across GTM Client Integration. Simplification, speed, and efficiency is a critical part of our strategy, and you will play a critical role in driving our strategy forward. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable plans and ensure their effective execution.
- 3-5 YEARS exp is idle.
- The banking domain is a huge plus
- Team- Global treasury management Division
- Team will be working on some strategic initiatives around, optimizing how we deliver treasury management products and services to Bank clients.
- A lot of our projects are around simplifying processes, speeding things up, and just making sure that our systems are working efficiently and effectively with our staff.
- So there's some work around automation, some continuous improvement. A lot of process review,
- Looking for an analyst that can jump in and get up to speed on what the goals of our projects are, and then help assist drive those projects forward so basic things like project management skills, being able to do agendas in minutes, facilitating a call, collect feedback from end users, create PowerPoint decks or talking Points for our internal partners ETC just to kind of support the project and make sure we have full momentum and are addressing issues that pop up throughout the project.
- Worked on corporate initiatives, anyone that has project Management, or analyst background.
- Mural, or a Visio and go through a workflow map processes, work with data sets to find trends
- Error reduction.
- It might be through looking at a data set to see how quickly did we process the work with this new model, being able to kind of use a data set, and then translate the results into something like a PowerPoint or those talking points, and just kind of be able to measure a project at a high level as it is executed.
