We are currently hiring for an Receptionist to support our non-profit client in Oakland, CA.

- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Role and Responsibilities:
- Performs routine clerical duties such as answering telephones, taking and delivering messages, setting up and maintaining files, sorting/delivering mail, entering data into the computer, preparing routine correspondence.
- Receives and greets visitors, determines nature of their visit and notifies appropriate staff members.
- Answers and transfers telephone calls using multiple-line equipment.
- Represents organization to callers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Experience in scheduling, managing office supplies, and coordinating meetings.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
