Residential Service HVAC and Plumbing business is looking for a Customer Service Representative in North Dallas - $18-$22/hour depending on experience. Customer Service experience required.
Job Responsibilities & Description for HVAC Customer Service Representative:
- First point of contact with customers to book jobs and dispatch technicians to appropriate jobs
- Identify customer needs and explain products and services
- Enter and process customer orders in Service Titan system
Job Requirements for HVAC Customer Service Representative:
- Knowledge of Plumbing and HVAC material helpful (1+ Years Preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
