Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
- Employ various sourcing methods, including networking, direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and referrals to identify and engage highly qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.

- JD Degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills

Pay range and compensation package:
The base compensation for this role is $50,000 to $65,000 depending on location with bonus potential being unlimited!
