Serve as the domain expert in market access, providing insights and guidance on strategic initiatives.
Develop and refine market access strategies for new and existing products based on comprehensive market analysis.
Possess in-depth knowledge of various market access domain areas, including contracting in pharma, inventory, and supply chain processes within pharma companies.
Understand and analyze payer and provider analytics to inform strategic decisions.
Have a thorough understanding of pharma business processes, including regulatory requirements, pricing strategies, and reimbursement mechanisms.
Identify potential new projects and define their scope by analyzing market needs and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Analyze the existing data ecosystem to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Utilize data analytics tools to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to track market access performance.
Study market patterns and trends to understand the competitive landscape and external environment.
Monitor activities and strategies of competitors and other industry players outside of J&J.
