This is a W2 contract opportunity.
Duration: 5 months (will likely extend to 12 months)
Hours: 40/week
Location: Minnetonka (1-2 days/week in office)
Pay: $40/hr - $50/hr
Primary responsibilities:
- Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
- Implement and manage marketing projects focusing on building awareness and consumer engagement
- Manage marketing communication projects to monitor/ensure proper implementation (e.g., role assignments, timelines/milestone, budget management, issue tracking, deliverables)
- Obtain review of communications content by internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable requirements (e.g., Legal, Clinical, Product, Compliance)
- Develop the necessary metrics to evaluate effectiveness of tactic and share learnings with peers and stakeholders
- Manage marketing budget, delivering of all marketing activity within agreed budget
- Work with internal marketing and creative services to meet program objectives
Required qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising or related field
- Experience in a customer or client service role
- Marketing and project management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and Teams
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with project management software (Workfront)
- Motivated and pro-active, comfortable navigating a large and matrixed organization to
- Agency experience a plus
- Preference for experience in digital media, email marketing/online marketing
