Requirements
- Construction Litigation experience
- Florida Law experience
- Organized, dependable, and professional
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- IManage is a plus
- WestLaw, CaseMap, and Relativity
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Trial and depo preparation; trial experience is required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Paralegal with litigation
- Bluebook Citation
