Coinflow has been growing extremely fast and gaining momentum in the industry. For the next phase of growth we are looking to add someone that will work in a cross functional aspect across the entire Coinflow team. The Business Operations and Strategy lead will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations and longer term strategic initiatives along with working in tandem with the CEO to define longer term strategy, GTM, revenue strategy, and operating model plans.
This position is meant for someone who has a passion for fast growing early-stage startups and can be a Swiss army knife of sorts. This is the perfect time to join the Coinflow team and be able to carve their own team and path as we grow.
In This Role You Will:
● Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring that all departments are aligned and functioning efficiently
● Develop and implement operational processes to streamline workflow and improve productivity across the team
● Create and drive forward the holistic GTM and growth strategy
● Engage in discussions with customers, banks, vendors, and other key stakeholders to build and maintain strong business relationships
● Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and other agreements to support the company’s growth objectives
● Lead and manage strategic initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
● Analyze operational and financial data to make informed decisions and optimize business processes
● Prepare reports and presentations for the CEO and other executives to support strategic decision-making
● Champion the end-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration and high adoption of new products and features, while continuously optimizing for customer satisfaction and retention
What you need to be successful:
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
● 2+ years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory
● 2+ years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives
● Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, with demonstrated intellectual rigor
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to influence and inspire teams
● Gritty self-starter that is willing to take calculated risks
● You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and are energized by building foundational processes from the ground up
● A willingness to work majority days a week in our Chicago-office with a fully in-person team
