Our client is looking for a Private Client Advisor. You will play a crucial role in coordinating the account opening process both internally and externally. This includes preparing custodian account applications and advisory agreements, as well as setting up accounts on our internal systems. You will also have the opportunity to analyze, develop, and maintain internal processes for operational tasks such as reconciliation and account opening.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate account opening process internally and externally.
- Reconcile securities transfers and ensure accurate quantities and cost basis.
- Utilize Salesforce for data entry, reporting, and task management.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client service requests.
- Generate reports, materials, and assist with client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of financial services experience.
- Knowledge of investment industry and securities.
- Strong client service or operations background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM systems.
- CFP required
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
