Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced FIS H360 and Cognos Report Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cognos report design and the ability to work with FIS H360 data elements. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating reports using SQL queries and joining data from multiple report packages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop reports using Cognos and integrate FIS H360 data elements.
• Write complex SQL queries to gather and join data from multiple sources for report creation.
• Collaborate with business lines and stakeholders to validate reports and ensure they meet business requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and functionality of reports, making modifications as necessary to support business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report performance or data integrity.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with FIS H360 data elements and reporting.
• Proficiency in Cognos report design and development.
• Expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries for report design.
• Experience in joining data from multiple report packages to create comprehensive reports.
• Excellent communication skills to work with business lines in validating report accuracy and functionality.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in financial reporting or working with hedge fund/financial data.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve report performance issues.
