Job Title: Pega System Architect

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Technical lead for the program responsible for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega solution frameworks
- Work in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope, and risk for projects
- Ensure the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements.
- Act as the liaison between Lead Business Architect and ITO PEGA teams and applies the ability to translate between technical and non technical team members
- Works closely with Business Product Owners, other partners, and Lead Business Analysts, to translate the business requirements to application
- Lead the development team in delivering the enterprise solutions
- Integrate multiple technologies using Pegasystems Architect design and develop advanced customizations using Pega
- Manage technical project team members onshore and offshore
- Optimize solutions by performing detailed code and design reviews
- Map functional requirements to Pega features and functionality
- Disseminate standard methodologies on solution positioning and delivery.
- Apply understanding of business process management and business requirements of the customers to translate them to Pega terminologies.
- Guide development team and business to ensure optimum solutions for business and system requirements.
- Mentor junior team members in Pega technology practice.
Required Skills:
- 10 to 15 years of professional experience
- 5 years in Pega LSA role
- Minimum of 3 Sophisticated Project Implementations
- Certified Pega Lead System Architect and CLSA certified preferred
- Application development experience for Financial Services clients
- Expert in architecting and designing Pega based BPM, CRM Marketing solutions for large programs
- Should be experienced on Pega7, Pega8, and Pega Infinity
- Expert in designing enterprise class structure and foundational components
- Expert integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions
- Facilitate DCO sessions along with LBA
- Coordinate with Product Owner and partners to create backlog
- Good experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles.
- Experience with process methodology development methodologies Agile SDLC Iterative strongly preferred
