The Superintendent offers project oversight, fostering relationships with owners and architects during the project's lifespan. They assess project performance, site conditions, adherence to safety and quality standards, scope compliance, and the efficient management of trade partners. Additionally, they ensure that constructability reviews, logistics plans, and baseline schedules meet the requirements for project turnover.
Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day job site activities across the Mission Critical space.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and work alongside the PM to manage all phases of the construction process.
- Implement and maintain the project baseline schedule.
- Conduct subcontractor and site management throughout the project.
Requirements
- 5+years mission critical, semi-conductor or large commercial project experience.
- Civil, structural and architectural experience.
- Strong leadership abilities and development skills.
