This firm has substantial capital to deploy and fuel its ambitious expansion plans. They are poised for significant growth, with a clear strategy to expand their footprint and enhance their capabilities to impact energy transition. With several high-impact projects in the pipeline, they are scaling their operations and building a robust team to drive their investment strategies forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis & Modeling: Support senior team members by performing in-depth financial modeling and valuation analysis for infrastructure and energy transition projects.
- Due Diligence: Assist in conducting comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, including market research, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
- Investment Support: Collaborate with the investment team to evaluate new opportunities, prepare investment memos, and participate in deal execution.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage existing investments, including performance tracking and providing recommendations for strategic improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior associates and partners to ensure alignment with the firm’s investment strategies and objectives.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 Years of Experience: Previous experience in infrastructure investment, private equity, investment banking, or related fields.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Proven ability to perform financial modeling, valuation, and analysis for complex projects.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field. Progress towards or completion of the CFA is a plus.
- Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Interest in Sustainable Energy & Infrastructure: Demonstrated interest in the energy transition and sustainable infrastructure sectors.
