About the Role
The Vice President of Finance will initially be responsible for all global financial operations of the Company including accounts payable and receivable, accounting and treasury, tax administration and tax planning, travel and fleet management, insurance and risk management, audit support, financial reporting, and equity administration. Responsibilities include establishing and reviewing the Company’s system of financial controls, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports, ensuring adherence to all federal, state, local and international accounting/tax laws and relevant licensing and permitting requirements, overseeing, and supporting the Company’s bi-annual valuations, and establishing and maintaining efficient banking, cash, and investment processes. The position is responsible for developing and retaining a talented and high performing team of professionals, supporting and promoting the company’s culture and core values, and reviewing all financial and operational processes impacting reported results.
There is the opportunity for the position to expand within a few years to include all financial planning and analysis activities directing a team of analysts responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for all business divisions.

About You
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance or accounting
- Public accounting experience and a CPA, CMA or CFA certification are preferred
- Experience with SAP and consumer products industries is highly desirable
- 18+ years of progressively responsible experience including 3+ years in a similar capacity
- A detail oriented team player with the ability to perform very broad based financial responsibilities
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills

The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $300,000 per year.
The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
