Preferred Experience:
While at least 3 to 5 years of experience managing within the travel and/or hospitality industries is required, the ideal candidate would possess at least 3 years of experience managing at an airport or with an airline.
The ability to perform data analysis, use workbooks and spreadsheets, and prepare reports and presentations will be expected.
What You'll Be Doing:
The work performed will be all about meeting and exceeding customer service standards for travelers and other visitors to SEA through the management and servicing of specified contracts. Doing so will require oversight of budgets, billing and invoicing, meeting with contract holders, auditing of team member service quality and involvement in the employment life cycle from recruitment to development to offboarding all the while maintaining a highly engaging, informed, and dynamic team.
What You'll Earn:
Those in this position can expect a wage range of between $80,000 and $95,000 per year, benefits such as insurances, matching 401(k), parking at or near the airport, and paid-time off.
