Job Description: Technical Program Manager
Location: Seattle, Wa
Duration: 9/27/24 - 9/26/25
Pay Range: $50/hr - $60/hr
About the Role:
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will play a crucial role in driving key programmatic initiatives within the Legal Technology organization. Partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams, the TPM will support critical tasks such as weekly business input reviews, MBR (Monthly Business Review), QBR (Quarterly Business Review), drafting and releasing feature updates to larger legal teams, requirement gathering, and leading user acceptance testing (UAT) processes. This position will involve extensive collaboration with stakeholders across multiple Legal organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new and existing programs, successfully delivering complex projects and goals across multiple organizations
- Work directly with product leaders, support leaders, and design and deliver scalable solutions
- Partner to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones, and deliver on-time
- Own program communication; accelerate progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, removing barriers, and escalating as appropriate
- Influence the design and development of strategic processes
- Work with product managers and business leaders to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
- Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to milestones and performance across all projects, and using this data to drive and influence business decisions
- Engage with other business units globally to share best practices and improve end-to-end outcomes for customers
Required:
- 3-5 years industry experience as a Program Manager with some technical knowhow.
- Cross team and stakeholder communication and coordination.
- Good track record of working effectively with across different groups in the organization
- A record of successful delivery of software products from conception through business case and customer deployment
- Ability to work the business side of projects to drive deployment of new products
- An entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Needs Basic SQL to pull their own data
Preferred:
- Knowledge in the payments or mobile payments space a plus
Degree or Certification:
An undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science (or related field) KPI:
