Project Manager - Mission Critical Facilities
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of mission-critical facility projects, including data centers, manufacturing plants, and other high-stakes environments. The role demands extensive travel to project sites nationwide, with home visits approximately once a month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of mission-critical construction projects, from pre-construction planning through project completion.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines, ensuring that all project goals are met within scope.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including subcontractors, engineers, architects, and site superintendents, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and upper management, providing clear and regular updates on project status, risks, and progress.
- Review and approve subcontractor bids, contracts, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and local building codes throughout all phases of construction.
- Coordinate material procurement, site logistics, and labor to ensure resources are optimally allocated.
- Monitor project KPIs (key performance indicators) to ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and cost controls.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Foster strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with project deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a focus on mission-critical facilities (data centers, manufacturing plants, etc.).
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, cost management, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in conflict resolution during project execution.
- Willingness to travel extensively and manage projects remotely when needed.
Compensation:
$125,000 - $175,000+ annually, depending on experience and the scale of projects.
