Candidates must have at least two years in agency perm recruiting with B2B sales experience.
You will have the opportunity to deliver true full-cycle recruitment, including:
- Recruiting and qualifying interviewing candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, internal ATS, social media, and referrals.
- Interact with high caliber candidates and clients, including Fortune 100 companies and startups.
- Manage the interview "courtship" from beginning to end... and CLOSING DEALS!!
- Learn about ongoing trends and hiring needs; attend conferences if necessary
