Role and Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and finalize monthly financial analysis reports for HQ with accuracy and timeliness.
- Financial Analysis: Apply advanced financial principles to address complex business challenges. Simulate profitability scenarios, manage pricing lists, and conduct thorough cost analysis and profitability reporting.
- Annual Business Planning (AOP): Help with the preparation and development of the Annual Business Plan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Financial Control: Oversee financial services and subsidiary control to maintain financial integrity and compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in finance with a strong background in financial accounting.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Experience with SAP FI and CO is preferred.
