- Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Apply problem-solving skills to enhance productivity, yield, and profitability.
- Lead process improvements and equipment qualifications, meeting performance goals.
- Monitor and optimize processes to minimize waste and maximize performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement profit improvements.
- Ensure clear and accurate process documentation.
- Support Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Production teams with technical guidance.
- Evaluate and recommend new processes and equipment.
- Develop preventive maintenance plans for equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and certifications.
Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in risk and statistical analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft applications and ERP systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in a similar manufacturing role.
- Preferred experience in processes like lamination, fine wire, SMT, soldering, and laser processing.
