Lead the Enterprise Supplier Performance Management (SPM) program, ensuring delivery across suppliers. Coordinate with Supplier Relations Managers (SRMs) and Supplier Initiative Managers (SIMs) to manage supplier performance metrics, maintain governance, and work with Enterprise Risk - Third Party Risk Management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Supplier Performance Management (SPM) governance program and procedures.
- Update performance scorecards and operational documentation.
- Partner with suppliers to enhance risk management.
- Enforce SPM requirements, validate information, and recommend risk standards.
- Report KPI metrics to management and risk governance committees.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience.
- 5 years managing suppliers or third-party providers.
- 5 years of experience in data analysis, communication, and collaboration.
- Experience presenting PowerPoint, and Excel reports to management.
