Our Internship Program is geared towards people who are approaching graduation or who are graduating in the Year 2024- 2025!!
PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
The Executive Development Program/ Wealth Management Associate - Intern is ideal for individuals approaching graduation or set to graduate in 2024-2025. As a Wealth Management Associate, you will join our Network Office team and collaborate with experienced financial representatives, advisors, and professional office staff. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your personal practice while embracing the entrepreneurial spirit that drives our company culture.
KEY REPONSIBILITIES:
- Obtain Life, Accident, & Health License for the state of Connecticut (financed by Northwestern Mutual), with the potential to secure Series 6 and 63 licenses.
- Participate in personal and professional training and development sessions.
- Design your own schedule to meet with prospects and clients.
- Analyze, create, and implement personalized strategies to help clients achieve financial security.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Full-time student with strong academic performance.
- Active involvement in clubs/organizations.
- Demonstrated work ethic and previous work or internship experience.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
- Sociable and outgoing; enjoys meeting new people.
- U.S. Citizen or permanent work authorization is required.
