Position: Operations Assistant

Pay: $50,000/year

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Greene Resources is seeking an Operations Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Maintain the Operations Annual Calendar, tracking permit and license renewals, scheduled maintenance, and other key dates
- Collaborate with the Brand & Events Teams on special events, promotions, and advertising needs
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management and the home office
- Coordinate with the Facilities Manager on restaurant maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders and vendors
- Oversee retail management at all locations, including setup, ordering, and inventory management
- Coordinate new manager onboarding with the home office, including name tags, swag bags, email setup, training schedules, and tool access
- Receive and manage manager schedules
- Review Daily Manager Reports (DMRs) and summarize key discrepancies, recording and prioritizing them
- Conduct research on current trends and industry developments to recommend improvements to operational procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
