Project Manager (Part-Time)

Location: 100% Remote, 20 hours per week
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to coordinate and lead technical huddles for a multi-site academic medical project focusing on EHR (Electronic Health Record) data analysis and integration. This role involves managing weekly meetings, engaging with data scientists and researchers, and overseeing the technical deployments related to EHR reviews and outcomes. The PM will also be responsible for tracking the project's progress and ensuring seamless communication across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead weekly technical meetings and huddles.
Coordinate and manage the integration and analysis of EHR data across multiple sites.
Engage with a team of data scientists, researchers, and technical staff.
Oversee technical deployments and ensure the successful execution of project deliverables.
Utilize project management tools like Monday.com for project tracking (experience preferred but not required).
Drive procedural updates and technical documentation, including writing SOPs and other necessary documentation.
Essential Skills:
Experience with managing technical deployments.
Strong communication skills for leading meetings and ensuring clear project updates.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Technical writing experience for developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is a bonus.
Familiarity with academic or healthcare environments is a plus but not required.

Strong technical writing skills for assisting with procedural documentation and updates.
