Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for an experienced Office Coordinator in our Dallas office. Primary responsibilities include assuring the Firm’s policies and procedures are followed in the operation of the office; assessing and projecting hiring needs; assisting in hiring process from scheduling interviews to on-boarding; managing employee relations; directing and managing performance evaluations for staff and associates; conducting exit interviews; and overseeing general office operations and maintenance.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Office Management
- Law firm experience is strongly preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy and proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation programs
- Ability to work under stress and multitask in a fast-paced environment, including juggling multiple projects and responding quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to communicate persuasively and interact effectively with employees with varied backgrounds and levels of responsibility
- Counseling and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with little or no direction
- Ability to operate all common office equipment
