Role Overview:
This Senior Construction Project Manager role offers the opportunity to manage large commercial, industrial, and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in all aspects of construction, including design-build, general contracting, and construction management, from pre-construction through project closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee large-scale construction projects, including hospitality, industrial, and commercial developments.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Lead project buyouts, contract negotiations, and project cost estimation.
- Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain project quality and client satisfaction.
- Supervise all on-site personnel, ensuring adherence to OSHA safety standards and company policies.
- Utilize project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera) to streamline project planning and execution.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in construction management, including large commercial and industrial projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with project management software such as Procore, MS Project, and Primavera.
- Strong understanding of construction program management, cost estimating, contract negotiations, and CPM scheduling.
- OSHA 30 Certification and excellent track record of maintaining zero recordable injuries on managed projects.
