POSTION OVERVIEW
- This role supports the IT Service Management (ITSM) team’s Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) initiative to provide the enterprise an enhanced asset management experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Defines design patterns for enterprise ITSM Asset Management tool (ServiceNow).
- Develops and monitors asset management functions in ServiceNow for hardware and software.
- Ensures infrastructure designs and upgrades are made in accordance with established ITIL standards
- Identifies and establishes best practices for ITSM Asset Management
The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- ServiceNow IT Asset Management development experience
- Hardware asset management (HAM)/Software Asset Management (SAM) Pro module configuration and development experience
Focus on Employee Center Pro and Catalog Request
- Employee Center Essentials or Employee Growth and Development Essentials grow into Employee Center Pro. Can search for candidates with this experience.
- Very familiar with Flow Designer, building catalog forms, CSDM experience, service level management, service portfolio management
