We have an exciting opportunity to join our client as a Director of Treasury in Greenville, SC! In this role, you will oversee the implementation of treasury projects as well as drive process improvement across all treasury functions.
The Director of Treasury will support all aspects of Treasury Operations and Capital Markets activities. This position will also help set the treasury technology roadmap by identifying opportunities for improved workflows, systems, and processes.
This is a hybrid position in Greenville, SC!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:
- Accurately and consistently manage bank accounts and daily cash operations across multiple entities, including handling advances, repayment, and borrowing under the company’s credit facilities and managing cash waterfall reporting and funding processes.
- Develop strategic plans for operational functions and manage the development of processes and procedures.
- Drive standardization, automation, and process improvements across all treasury functions.
- Ensure the company has the operational systems and procedures that support current and anticipated needs for delivering loan performance and financial reporting for both internal and external parties.
- Collaborate with team members and other internal groups to integrate liquidity and capital planning in order to provide analytical support for the company’s expansion and development of new product strategies.
- Manage the implementation of large-scale treasury projects.
- Assist with the evaluation of the company’s loan portfolio, including leading quarterly and annual compliance/reporting process.
- Prepare short and medium-term liquidity forecasts.
- Serve as the primary contact with respect to assisting and resolving funding and contract exceptions.
- Prepare ad hoc financial and business analysis as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in treasury or banking operations.
- Working knowledge of SQL and windows-based office productivity tools including word processor, spreadsheet, and graphical presentation programs.
