We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Superintendent to oversee our commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale commercial construction projects from inception to completion. They will be responsible for coordinating all site construction activities and supervising all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and direct all field staff, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring a cohesive and productive team environment.
- Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations to maintain a safe and clean worksite.
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
Certifications: OSHA certification, CPR/First Aid certification, and other relevant certifications are a plus.
