Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the coordination of logistics operations to ensure the efficient delivery of our products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the sales team with order processing, customer inquiries, and sales documentation.
- Manage inventory levels and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to arrange and monitor shipments.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all logistics activities.
- Resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, and inventory shortages.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
