A boutique labor and employment law firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Mid-Level to Senior Associate Attorney to join its team. The firm was created with a single goal in mind: to provide employees with the same legal firepower and employment law expertise. This position will support Partners in all aspects of litigation and will handle both single-plaintiff wrongful termination matters and class/representative actions. This fully remote role comes with no billable hour requirements and provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience, particularly in labor and employment law
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment
