Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Administrator to join their dynamic team in a leading financial/healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain our organization's network infrastructure
- Lead and mentor a team of network professionals
- Ensure network security, performance, and reliability
- Manage and optimize Azure cloud environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network strategies with business objectives
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement solutions
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
- Develop and maintain documentation for network systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience in Technology
- 5+ years of experience as a Network Administrator or Network Engineer
- Current hands-on individual contributor role in network administration or engineering
- CCNA or CCNP certification
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Systems/Windows Server
- Extensive experience with VMware Systems
- Demonstrated experience in Azure environments
- Background in Financial or Healthcare industries, with experience in highly regulated environments
- Exceptional communication skills
- High-energy, results-driven personality with strong leadership qualities
- VMware certifications (e.g., VDI, VCP)
- Windows/Microsoft certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
