JCW Search is working on an exciting role with a leading Pharmaceutical company looking for a Controller of Manufacturing Finance to join their expanding team. This role will report to the Sr Director of Finance and be onsite out of Bethlehem, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial leadership and guidance to the manufacturing site
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting, per GAAP, company policies and commonly employed methods used in manufacturing environments
- Area of responsibility will include spend analysis, zero-based budget preparation, material & labor variance analysis, forecasting, management reporting, asset safeguarding, and evaluating/tracking cost reduction opportunities
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a system of internal controls over plant inventory
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 8-15 years of related manufacturing finance experience
- Working knowledge of GAAP, sales and use tax and property tax
- experience in cost and inventory accounting
- Advanced knowledge of Excel required
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
