Katalyst Group has been engaged by multiple clients in the Chicago region for interim support of their 2025 budget planning. These roles require onsite time; unfortunately, fully remote candidates will not be considered.
We're looking to connect with experienced Senior Financial Analysts, FP&A Managers, Finance Managers, and Directors of Finance who want to lean into project-based or interim opportunities. Our ideal candidates are those who have a proven track record of contributing to successful outcomes in dynamic environments - getting up to speed quickly and delivering impact.
Who You Are:
- You have a direct experience contributing to and/or building operational budgets
- Keenly aware of the businesses you support to understand the necessary inputs
- Strong financial modeling experience
- You possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to new challenges and quickly embed in an organization
- You're a team player who can also work independently, demonstrating leadership and initiative in your work.
- Highly proficient using Excel
