Project Manager
Tampa, FL (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite)
Pay Rate: $50/hr W2 (Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD Insurance, 401K)
12-Month Contract
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivering high-impact results? We're seeking a strategic leader to drive the execution of complex, multi-faceted projects. As a key player, you’ll be responsible for aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring business objectives are met with precision and excellence.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise to inspire collaboration, define project scopes, and develop detailed plans to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes. You’ll be the go-to authority, using your communication and problem-solving skills to guide teams, influence decisions, and navigate challenges.
Key Responsibilities of Project Manager:
- Lead and manage large-scale projects from inception to completion
- Define clear project objectives and ensure alignment with stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution
- Drive results by coordinating with teams across departments
- Track progress, maintain transparency, and provide status updates
Qualifications of Project Manager:
- 6+ years of project management experience
- PMP certification strongly preferred; Six Sigma a plus
- Proficient in project management tools like MS Project, VISIO, and Adobe Acrobat
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred
