A luxury brand is seeking a poised, professional, and experienced Executive Assistant to support a Director! The ideal candidate is confident, has a flexible working style, and has strong communication skills. Candidates must be responsible, reliable, trustworthy, collaborative, and flexible and have experience out of large, corporate firms!

Midtown, NYC
Hours: 9am-5pm with flexibility as needed
Compensation: $90 - $120k + OT + Benefits
This is an incredible opportunity to partner closely with a warm Executive while also working in a fast – paced, ever changing environment! Candidates must have a strong understanding of NYC restaurants as well as the best ways to get around! Personal tasks may be needed.
Responsibilities:
- Managing complex calendars that includes travel, back-to-back meetings, and off-site events
- Coordinating important meetings between senior management and key business partners, both onsite and offsite
- Create detailed international and domestic travel itineraries
- Act as gatekeeper to incoming correspondence
- Monitor, prepare and submit expense reports, track and process invoices
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience out of a corporate firm
- Experience with complex calendaring and travel planning
- Positive attitude and highly collaborative approach to projects
- Ability to juggle a high volume of work and thrive while multitasking
- Intuitive, outgoing, and engaging style of communication
